It is meant to refer to the hot dog and chips you can get as part of this package.
The Family Special is pretty much for any 4 players.
HEY, we had to call it something!
We thought about calling it
"the anyone can play, for cheap, with friends or family, after 6pm, any night of the week special",
but that seemed a little bit too wordy.
If you want to play with a 5th player (that's ok), we will add $5 to the total.
